Returns & Warranty

Each product comes with a 30 day return period. If for some reason your product arrives defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you and we will either send you a new piece or provide a full refund.

Each product is backed by a 1 year warranty in the event that your piece fails in any way during regular use. Simply email us and we will either repair your jewelry or send you a new piece.

Due to the unique nature of reclaimed cymbals, we highly recommend that you take the following steps to take care of your Full Circle Co. jewelry and accessories:

1. When not in use, keep your jewelry in a bag or packaging to avoid scratches
2. To clean, use a clean, dry towel or rag to wipe off fingerprints or other markings. Avoid traditional jewelry polishers/cleaners and water.
3. Take good care of your jewelry - avoid rough surfaces and harsh contact as this can lessen the life of the piece.
